These little Spine Tassels work fabulously to make the spine of your scrapbook really "stand out" while sitting on the shelf. The tassel is made with white ribbons and lace and shades of teal ribbons and lace. The strings of the tassel are attached to a 1 1/4" locking ring and are approximately 11" long including the ring. One little jingle bell, one small dragonfly charm, one small angel charm that says, "Angels watching over me, one small filigree heart charm, and one translucent teal bead are also attached to the strings of the tassel. The tassel can be attached to your scrapbook using removable methods such as bull-dog clips, large paperclips, or any other method of your choice. The tassel can also be a permanent part of your scrapbook by using ribbon, yarn, lace, etc. to go down the inside center of the book and tie on the outside of the spine. You can be as creative as you would like to be. If the strings are too long for your scrapbook, you can easily cut the "strings" to a more suitable length for your scrapbook.
