The Third "Victorian Ladies" Journal in the Series--"Catherine"

This is a beautiful, Victorian, Shabby Chic Journal.  She is the third journal in my new series of Victorian Ladies Journals.  My goal is to make one journal with a name using each letter of the alphabet.....this is "C".  "Catherine " is approximately 9 1/4" x 6 1/2" with a 3" spine.  Her cover is done with doilies, lace, and flat-back pearls on the front.  There is a splash of Gold wax on the front and back as well.  The inside front and back covers are done with gold and white foil paper.  The primary colors of the journal are pink and varying shades of pink, gold, cream, black, and brown.  Catherine is very dainty and quite regal with lots of lace, embroidered borders, lined papers, book page ephemera, pockets, and tags.  She also displays several instances of shiny material and "bling".  Many of the papers are coffee-stained to give the appearance of age.  She is also adorned with several charms and beads.  There are 3 signatures in the journal.  The signature pages in the center are all white with punched flower borders down each side and highlighted with Work Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink.  There is no ephemera in this section as it was intended to be the primary writing part of the journal.  However, you can use the center section as you choose.  There are many other opportunities to write in the first and third signatures as well.  The "cover" of the center section is also a gold and white foil paper and is smaller than the other two signatures.  She is tied with a piece of gold and white lace tied in a beautiful bow.
