You will receive one fabric and tulle flower that is approximately 4 inches in diameter. The flower is made with steel blue and white polka-dotted fabric with a bottom layer and a top layer of white tulle with white flocked dots arranged throughout the tulle. The tulle has a slight shiny effect to give a little extra "something" to the flower. The flower has a gold and rhinestone button in the center and also has a felt "button" on the back to make adhering the flower easier.
